Our highly sought after headphone conversion service is as appropriate for evaluating the suitability of early stage prototypes as it is for assessing SoundChip technology, tools and expertise.
By combining a deep understanding of headphone electroacoustics with the flexibility and power of our digitally-controlled hybrid noise cancelling electronics, we are able to efficiently convert customers’ existing noise cancelling models into samples that deliver superior performance and added features, whilst either retaining or improving their audio receiving response.
The conversion process begins with an evaluation of the existing model’s acoustics to ensure they are conducive to supporting class-leading noise cancelling performance. If needed, small adjustments may be made to achieve improvements in its plant and receiving responses. The converted sample is then connected to our Soundstation Engineer development platform where the noise cancelling and audio compensation filters are tuned to deliver improved noise cancelling performance and new audio features.
